For painting commissions, my policy is for a 50% non-refundable down payment to start sketching. With the final 50% payment made upon completion of the piece and customers final approval and then the piece will be shipped accordingly. I ship from different carriers such as USPS, UPS and Fedex.
If there are any art sales with FINAL SALE goods marked on the product listing, you will not have the ability to have a refund or exchange. It is considered final sale, only where it is noted.
If you are ordering a service such as a Art Coaching package, Paint Club session, or Webinar series ticket, the Zoom Links and course information will be emailed directly to the email you provided at time of purchase within 24-48 hours. Shop Currency
All orders are in USD currency. I cannot apply taxes or duty fees to any order outside the USA, so be sure to know that if your country applies those fees upon order pick up, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay those fees.
Delivery Policy
